Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions as the use of our website.

1. Account

To order from this e-commerce website you may opt to setup a password protected account. During set up of the account you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all the data provided to open it. Once established you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information which you can update on-line or contact us to do so.

In setting up an account you accept that you are responsible for:

• managing access to the account
• the confidentiality and security of both the account and password
• restrictions of use and full responsibility for all activities that take place on the account.

You also accept that you should inform us immediately if you have any reason to suspect that the password has been made known to unauthorised users or will be used in an unauthorised manner.

Clb Valeting and Detailing Limited reserves the right to remove access to the e-commerce facilities, terminate accounts, remove or edit content and cancel orders at its discretion.

2. Privacy

Clb Valeting and Detailing Limited operates a range of internet policies. Please review these to understand the implications for you.

3. Pricing

The pricing of products on Clb Valeting and Detailing Limited e-commerce sites are recommended current retail prices including VAT for the internet and are subject to change. All prices exclude carriage, delivery and citing, bank, customs, and any other associated charges.

4. Order Placement

All orders placed on a Clb Valeting and Detailing Ltd e-commerce website receive an order acknowledgement confirming receipt of the order and containing details of it. On shipment of the goods a full sales invoice is issued. Title to the goods remains with Clb Valeting and Detailing Ltd until the payment transaction has been completed as per the standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.

5. Credit Card Payments

All credit card payments are taken in good faith. Fraudulent usage of this facility will be immediately reported to the relevant authorities and will be taken to have broken all contract terms. Deliveries to addresses other than the card holder’s invoice address may be declined.

6. Returns and Cooling-Off Period

In addition to section 16 of the Clb Valeting and Detailing Ltd standard Terms and Conditions of Sale re returns, there is a seven working day cooling-off period during which you may return the goods and receive a full refund provided there is no damage to them and they have not been opened or used. You are responsible for all return charges including freight and insurance and must take reasonable care in returning the goods.

Clb Valeting and Detailing Limited reserves the right to make an additional surcharge to cover the costs of putting returned goods through the Clb Valeting and Detailing Limited service workshop for inspection prior to resale. The cooling off period for products ends seven working days after the day the goods are received. For services the cooling-off period ends seven working days after the day the order was made.

7. What happens if a product subsequently develops a fault?

If the product you purchased is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty we will offer assistance in the form of a repair, replacement or spares for the duration of the warranty period. If the product is not covered by a manufacturer warranty then we will offer similar assistance for 28 days from date of purchase depending on the product purchased. Misuse and normal wear and tear are not covered.

In all cases where a product develops a fault, you should notify us as soon as possible. You must then return the faulty item to us for inspection, initially at your own expense (we will refund you once we receive the product and confirm that it is faulty). You should use an insured delivery service and obtain proof of posting in case of loss or damage en route to us. When we receive the product we will inspect or send it back to the manufacturer for inspection. In some cases we will fix the problem ourselves, but we reserve the right to involve the manufacturer directly if necessary. If the product is confirmed to be faulty a replacement product will be sent, and your postage refunded. If the product has been tampered with or the fault is due to misuse then we will send it back to you.

8. Purchase and Delivery

In addition to section 3 of the Clb Valeting and Detailing Limited standard Terms and Conditions of Sale re delivery, delays in processing orders may be beyond the control of Clb Valeting and Detailing Limited. Where more than one product or service is ordered Clb Valeting and Detailing Limited may part ship but will not make an additional delivery charge to complete the order.

If Clb Valeting and Detailing Limited is not able to deliver within 28 calendar days of order placement then you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to cancel the order with a full refund without reasonable delay.
