Clb Valeting & Detailing Delivery Information

Our aim is to process and despatch your order on the same day or at the very latest the next working day after receiving your order. We normally use the Royal Mail for lightweight parcels under 1kg or a Courier service for parcels over 1kg in weight. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted within 48hrs of placing your order.

UK Mainland Delivery

For smaller orders weighing 1Kg or less we use Royal Mail first class, they do generally provide a very good service and deliver most parcels the next day, although we cannot guarantee this.
For heavier and more expensive orders we use a courier service so goods will be dispatched the following day. At present we use Hermes for all courier services.
At present we have a flat rate of £3.07 including vat for standard delivery.

All orders over 1kg are sent by Hermes courier service. This is a fully trackable secure service and offers a fast efficient shipping. If you’ve not received your order within 7 working days of receiving the despatch e-mail please contact us immediately.

International Delivery

We currently do not offer International shipping.

Non-Delivery / Shortages / Incorrect or Damaged Goods

Clb Valeting & Detailing Ltd do not accept liability for goods that go missing in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date. We cannot accept any liability for any shortages ‘24 hours after delivery’, non-delivery ’14 days from date of order’, incorrect goods and goods damaged 48 hours after delivery’ on the stated time scales.

Returns Policy

If you would like to return something back to us, you must organise the return of the unwanted items at your expense. Please use a recorded delivery service where a signature must be obtained to avoid delay and loss of your parcel. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation, please email us for this. The goods must be returned in the original packaging with all components and accessories. The goods must be complete, unused, and in as new condition (eg if you have only opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received. Any ‘FREE GIFTS’ with the products must also be returned as well. Once any monies are credited, they are normally available for viewing on your online statement after 7-10 working days.
