How to Buy Products?

Placing an order on our website is simply find the product(s) you are looking for and add them to your shopping cart. The total value of your order including our standard shipping rate will then be displayed. During stage 3 of the checkout process you will be able to select your preferred shipping method from the drop down box.

On receipt of your order we will send you a confirmation email. If there is a problem with your order you will be contacted immediately. We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure payment gateway. At no point do we store these details.

Telephone Orders

For those people who would rather talk to someone orders can be made over the telephone by calling 01978 661236. Carmen or Jason will be able to help and advise you on all the products they sell. Payments will be processed using our switch machine and at no point are any card details written down or stored.
Confirmation of your order can be sent via email if requested. There will be a Invoice along with your switch receipt in the document wallet on your parcel.

Reserve for collection

All items can be reserved for collection subject to availability. Simply call 01978 661236 and reserve your products payment will be required at this stage. If you prefer not to make payment at this stage we will only reserve your items for a maximum of 3 hours.
